We want you to love your Mudi purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with care and efficiency.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. You will receive a tracking notification once the shipment is on its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
